Reliable wallboard support is critical for busy contact centres. When real-time data powers so many of your decisions, you need a support experience that's just as fast - that's why we’re launching a new (and improved) support portal!
Very soon, you’ll be able to log into our new Support Portal to raise, track, and manage your support requests - all in one place.
We'll share all the details shortly - including how to get setup with your login and start using the portal.

When will the new support portal be available?
We’re already running the new portal alongside the current one while we fine-tune the experience, so there’ll be no interruption to service, and you'll be provided with an opportunity to create a portal account the next time you raise a ticket with us.
Can I still email the support team?
Yes, you can continue to contact us by email even after we fully migrate to the new support portal. Any emails our support team receive will automatically generate a ticket in the portal and you'll receive an email any time we update the ticket.
What's included in the new wallboard support portal?
You'll be able to raise and track tickets, view ticket history and see our updates in real-time.
