Founded in 2017, we are trusted by Europe's biggest brands and telecommunications partners to deliver software solutions and professional services to small, mid-size and enterprise contact centres.

We think our size sets us apart from the competition; we're agile, innovative, and we want to impress. Every member of the team has worked tirelessly from day one to build Grey Space into a global company with a start-up personality.

Our mission is not to sell our solutions, it's to make sure that, for you, we're the right solution.

I required a team who had worked with cutting edge contact centre technologies.

My only thought was to turn to Grey Space who are innovative and have ease in delivering the end game and supporting the solution.

Meet the Founders.

As an ex-IBM Mainframe developer, Laurie jumped in at the very deep end of the contact centre space, joining Sabio in 2013.


In that time, Laurie has delivered contact centre solutions for some of the worlds biggest brands and technology partners across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.


Laurie's experience influenced the development of our own solutions and saw him shake off his technical roots to focus on UI and UX, determined to bring the modern experience we enjoy as consumers to B2B solutions.

Craig has lived and breathed contact centres since he began his professional career at Webhelp in 2005.


In a little under two decades, Craig has developed, deployed, and supported cutting edge contact centre solutions for businesses all over the world.


During his time at Dell and Teleperformance, Craig gained a well earned reputation for being a bit of a wizard with contact centre data, which is at the beating heart of everything we do at Grey Space.

    Our offices are in Glasgow, Scotland though we work, and deliver the majority of our solutions and professional services remotely which enables us to support our clients and partners all over Europe.
  • Do Grey Space provide professional services?
    Yes, we have a long history and deep expertise in contact centre solution design, implementation, consultancy, and training with the Avaya Contact Center suite of products - which eventually became the inspiration for our solutions.   • Is Grey Space a systems integrator?
    No, we have spent a long time developing our solutions for a small number of contact centre platforms to allow us iterate, and perfect our process, focussing on reliability and repeatability so we can deploy our solutions quickly, and without the uncertainty that often comes with a custom integration. Our solutions and processes have matured to the point where we are now actively expanding the compatibility of our real-time wallboard, and data automation solutions to bring the same turn-key deployment model to a wider range of contact centre and CCaaS platforms.
