A Sneak Peek at Discover’s New UI

We’ve been quiet lately — but we’ve been cooking.
Next year, Discover will get a little teeny tiny refresh to its user interface - and by "refresh", we really mean upgrade.
It’s a big step up visually, but we’ve also massively optimised common workflows and introduced new UI components that make even complex actions feel intuitive for new users.
It's a cleaner, more consistent design to make creating and managing your contact centre wallboards even easier.
It already feels great, but we’ll continue to tweak and iterate until it feels amazing to use.
We’re excited to share more as Discover evolves - a new UI is just part of our ongoing effort to make managing real-time data simpler and more enjoyable.
