A stickler for process, Laurie has excelled in developing strategies to deploy, manage and administer AVAYA technology now in use by both clients and vendors.
With over a decade of contact centre experience, Craig has developed, deployed and supported cutting edge AVAYA solutions for established brands across the world.
In his previous roles at Sabio, Teleperformance, and Dell, Craig earned a reputation for being a bit of an MI and reporting wizard - sort of like a horse whisperer but with data.
