Laurie has delivered small scale to enterprise contact centre solutions and professional services for some of the worlds biggest brands in over 15 countries across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Insistent on a process for just about everything, Laurie carved his niche in developing strategies to deploy, manage and administer technology used by both clients and vendors.
With over a decade of contact centre experience, Craig has developed, deployed and supported cutting edge solutions for established brands across the world.
In his previous roles at Sabio, Teleperformance, and Dell, Craig earned a reputation for being a bit of an MI and reporting wizard - sort of like a horse whisperer but with data.
