Host Adapt on your own infrastructure or let us host everything for you using Microsoft Azure cloud services. Whatever you decide, you can manage everything with Adapt’s browser based administration interface.

Support Your Processes
Inject data directly into a SQL database or export a variety of formats to the location of your choice using FTP, SFTP or SCP, and forward the output in an email to multiple recipients.

We do the leg work, providing server infrastructure and VPN connectivity using Microsoft Azure cloud services. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an IP address and authentication so you can safely connect to Adapt.
If you choose to host Adapt using your own infrastructure, a minimum specification Windows Server is all you need. As a bonus, Adapt will happily co-reside with other applications on an existing server.

Adapt uses the concept of adapters to communicate with different AVAYA contact centre reporting platforms and uses off-the-shelf database technology for data warehousing, giving us the opportunity to develop new adapters as new technology emerges.
