We're really happy to announce that, in partnership with Bramble Hub, Grey Space have won a place on the UK Government's Contact Centre Services framework (contract ID RM3815).
The purpose of this framework is to give the public sector straight forward access to call centre expertise in both technology and operational disciplines - sounds like something we'd do, right? Our focus remains on AVAYA contact centre technologies and the connected business processes, and we're excited to support the public sector with their prospective or existing AVAYA investments.
